One thing: generating and grading your job applications, and running your account (billing, transactional email). We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything unrelated to your job hunt.
Your career facts and job postings are processed by Claude models on Amazon Bedrock (AWS) to generate and grade your applications. Under AWS's terms, Bedrock does not use your inputs or outputs to train models. Processing takes place on AWS infrastructure in the United States under AWS's data processing addendum, which includes the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

For as long as your account is active. Delete your account or email us, and we remove your career facts, generated documents, and application history. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.
Under the GDPR you can ask us at any time to access, correct, export, or delete your data, or to object to how it is processed. Email hello@suitedforit.com and we act on it within 30 days, usually much faster. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Suited uses essential cookies for sign-in (Clerk) and Google Analytics cookies for usage statistics. Your browser settings and standard opt-out tools control the analytics cookies.
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we note it here with a new date. Continued use of Suited means you accept the current version.
